The rates above are for an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom.

It is possible to add up to 3 extra people per villa:

- IDR 350,000/night/extra child (3 to 12 years old)

- IDR 500,000/night/adult (from 12 years old)

Up to 2 infants (up to 2 years old) per bedroom can stay for free.

Check-in time is 3pm

Check-out time is 11am

Late check-out free of charge until 2pm (subject to availability)

Late check-out until 4 pm -> 20% charge from the daily seasonal rate

Late check-out until 6 pm -> 50% charge from the daily seasonal rate

Late check-out after 6 pm -> 100% charge from the daily seasonal rate

Booking 6 months or more before arrival -> 15% off

Booking between 3 to 6 months before arrival -> 10% off

Booking less than 30 days before arrival -> 15% off

Booking less than 14 days before arrival -> 20% off

Stay of minimum 7 nights -> 10% off

Repeating guest -> 5% off

Our cancellation policy will be as follow:

- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 181 days or more before the start of the rental period.

- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 31 days to 180 days before the start of the rental period.

- 100% of the money paid will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made between 0 and 30 days before the start of the rental period.

IDR 6,000,000 (or equivalent in other currency) security deposit will have to be given by the guest, in cash at check-in. It will be refunded at check-out if no damage or loss has occurred.

Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Functions or events can necessarily be accommodated; with an additional Banjar (local community guard) fee may be applicable.
